De Biasi is highly liked by the president of the Australian Football Federation, Steven Loway, and if current coach Ange Postecoglou fails to qualify Australia directly to the World then he risks dismissal. Of course, the agreement is not meant to close soon as everything will depend on the preliminary matches, with Australia currently in Group B, with points equal to the Saudi Arabia of the second country and a point behind leading Japan, with which it will play next match in transfers.
