The fraud of exiles who came to build a house (Video)

Donors who came from Germany to build a house for a scavenging family were deceived by a man who sold land without his ownership.

They came from Germany with the aim of buying land and building a home for the Arifi family from Obiliki, but Bekim Idrizi and several other donors were deceived by the “owner of the land where this house would be built.

Bekim Idrizi from the village of Zhabar of the Mitrovica municipality, which has been living for 27 years in Germany and has its own business for industrial builder, after watching the Arifi family situation from the Obilic Community on television expressed the desire to build her house.

One night we were watching television, where my family saw the Arifi family from Obiliki. My friend Shqip Imer told me earlier that this family needs help. That's why I decided to separate myself from my family and my business and to make a lot of money and come to Kosovo, of those kids who were catastrophicly to wear a house with my friends, Bekim Idrizi showed.

Bekim Idrizi shows that before he came to Kosovo on his own to start his home, he sent his colleague, Merhim, the doctor, to pay the land.

We'll send the doctor two days before I've got the kid, who's a colleague, we're with him and we've started this action, and there's a lot more people not to mention names. We started this project for this family, but when we got here, it came out quite differently. The man sold our land without and then took it out of 148x1> said Idrizi saying it was a very bad surprise that he had never expected from his country, his people, ever to live.

But the work took a turn for the worse when coming from Germany in their humanitarian mission met with the person who introduced himself as “Azemi” to buy a field and a half land from it, where they would build the house.

Eagle Imer, another involved in the house-building action, told KALLXO.com that along with Mergim the doctor gave him 3,000 euros to buy the land, while this process was recorded to remove doubts.

For a bear, it's worth two thousand euros, one and a half three thousand euros. There's a week of procedure going on, two days until it's translated, and we trusted it, we gave it to him. But the moment we didn't do it at the swimmer, I expressed the desire to record it by telling us that he's going to break our ground, that I said don't betray us and we have video”, explained Eagle Imer.

Imer further indicated that on the day they went to assign points to the land purchased for the house they realized that they were deceived by “Azem”.

KA LLXO.com has also contacted Mergim, a doctor who said that the person has sold their land to the ground despite his attempts at paying the payment of a swimmer.

“They told me here in Kosovo once the payment is paid, and then through the swimmer, while the truth turned out that he was not the owner at all”, the doctor indicated.

It all started by Shqim Imer when the person who cheated on the name “Azem” presented the Arifi family's serious economic state on Facebook, offering to sell land for those who want to build the house.

This time there was a very interesting case, a person on Facebook who sent a family to Obilic, right after case I expressed a wish to go to see you, ask Bekim Idrizi, that is, the donor who sent money to help, or the land or home, even with food”, Imer said.

Ayse Arifi, the family head of seven children whose donors from Germany wanted to build the house, says that the person who deceived her family about the earth has threatened her.

We got threats from him, he came to our door. He's got 3 grand and he's gone somewhere, and he can't see it. Massie's been cheating on us and he's got money, he's got two others, I don't know who those two are, but we've got threats. They told us not to catch us for the mouth of”, confess to Arifi.

Then, according to Ayse Arifi, the person who took the money without landowner had told her son that she would forgive a bear of land.

The boy said I had land for sale, plus he said I'm able to give you a bear that not for sale, but I'm also able to get a gold for it.

Bekim Idrizi hopes the fraud will be enlightened by the Kosovo Police, as according to him the Arifi family children do not deserve what happened.

I don't deserve those kids since I saw them wearing socks, my heart just gave me a boost. I'm sure our country works, I hope this case is dawned and the guilty one is found, given the right credit to him, so that we exiles don't come here”, Idriz said.

Kosovo police told KALLXO.com that the fraud suspect has been identified but is on the run.

The police have taken all necessary police action and have been able to identify the suspected person currently on the run. Police investigators are working in full co-ordination with the state prosecutor for the enlightenment of all circumstances, and for any new information about this case we remain in contact with”, the Kosovo Police response reported.
