Two thirds of Britain's people are putting their health at risk by not eating enough fish.
This is the warning of experts studying cancer, while all suggest consumption of this sea food, broadcasts the Klan Kosova.
Britain's Health Service recommends that everyone should eat fish at least twice a week, including some of the oiled fish, such as salmon or tons.
But 64 per cent of people do not meet that goal says one of the surveys released by the latest research, the Kosovo Clan broadcasts.
Fish and other marine foods are good sources of vitamins and minerals and are far lower in fat than any form of meat.
Oilfish is also particularly high in omega-3 fatty acids, which have great benefits for the heart and brain, and vitamin D, which strengthens the bones.
Regular eating of fish means that people tend to eat less red meat, reducing the risk of cancer and heart disease.
