FBI Again in Tirana

Twelve American officers from the Federal Bureau of Investigation have arrived in Tirana, who will train the group that will be involved in the Albanian counterpart's institution, which starts with the start of implementing reform in justice.

Two weeks ago, three senior FBI officers from the Sofia office have visited Tirana, where the centre of this Balkan organisation is located, who have set the milestones of the new team's arrival.

As it is taught, FBI agents are mostly specialising in money-laundering and money laundering operations operations.

For more than a year, a large group of young men and girls who have been conducting university have been recruited to be part of the group that will constitute the core of the National Bureau of Investigation.

The selected group are mostly young people with perfect data of academic results but also well - prepared for moral and family composition.

Students with good results at the university have been selected, but have nothing to do with the state administration or Albanian politics.

The fact is, some of the young people who have been trained for months at the facilities of the Police Academy “Arben Zylyftari” in Tirana are believing boys and girls who have committed themselves to ethical and moral behavior in society.

Most of the recruits were taken from computer sciences, but there are many who have studied social science but journalism.

In training that FBI officers will develop with the Albanian cadets of the National Bureau of Investigation, they have planned psychological resistance and under stress work, but also specific professional programmes of investigation and investigation.

As learned, not without purpose, have young people finished for communication science or journalism, as they will use the reporter's profession skills to track information openly and tangently, to get to the collection of more data.

The National Bureau of Investigation will start working soon after the assessment of current prosecutors and judges by the two institutions of vetoation and, of course, by the International Monitoring Group.

Meanwhile, early next month the Special Prosecution and Special Court institution also comes into force.

The National Bureau of Investigation is tasked with prosecuting and investigating corruption crimes, money laundering and including organised crime in its links to the state administration's policy and elements.

The BKH will prepare operational files, which will be handed over to the Special Prosecution, which then initiates formal investigation and prosecution against senior and medium-sized officials, or as they are already called the Great Peshqit “”.

All these files will only be tried at the Special Court and the Special Court of Appeals, which, in all likelihood, will be filled with new and undirected lawyers from the old system.

The appointment of Special Court members will be made by the Supreme Judicial Council, while special prosecutors from the Prosecutor's Supreme Council.

Both institutions are expected to be established early in September.
