Failure to apply sunscreen in the area around the eyes, nose, and neck increases the risk of cancer. Experts warned that failure to apply sunscreen all over the face, as well as warnings about the sun's cream bottles to avoid the area of sight é is endangering life. More than 90 percent of basal cell carcinogenics - the most common type of skin cancer in England - appear in the head or neck.
The figures also show that between five and 10 percent of all skin cancers appear on eyelids. Scientists conducted a study involving 57 people. The team from Liverpool University urged participants to apply the sun's skin on their faces, but no further instructions were given.
A sensitive UV camera was used to take photos before and after the application of sunscreens. On average, people left 9.5 percent of their face unpaved the most frequently cover (13.5 percent) and the area between the inner angle of the eye and the nose bridge (77 percent). Experts say people should take additional measures when exposed to the sun, such as wearing glasses.
