Regarding this disturbing phenomenon, scientists at Taiwan University have developed an experiment. The latter included women of various weights, ages, and origins. Over a two-month period these women have drunk about 250m of tomato juice a day.
Tested scripts did not change their habits to feed or exercise, and in just a few days the results were apparent”, researchers claim.
They even tested their blood before and after the experiment to compare their cholesterol levels. They just had to be careful when buying tomatoes to make sure they were completely organic. Here's how to prepare this juice yourself at home:
The ingredients: 6kg of tomato 2 tablespoons of salt 6 tablespoons of sugar preparation and use: First clean and wash the tomatoes. Take them in a container. Add sugar and salt to the fire at the average temperature. Mix them over and over until they are hot and then boil them for 10 extra minutes. Remove the mixture from the fire and let it cool off.
Then pour your juice into a clear glass bottle. Save it in a cool, dark place. Drink some 25 feet [250 m] of tomato juice every day for two months in order to reduce all excess pounds.
