In one of the largest cases of corruption in the Kosovo Police, the Mitrovica Prosecutor claims there are evidence of dozens of cases of bribery that are testified to by film materials captured by cameras of the Police Inspectorate.

From September 21 to December 12, 2016, The IPK secretly mounted cameras in police cars.

Filmed materials served to accuse 35 police officials or almost the entire traffic unit.

The event of September 23, 2016, will be described in the indictment as the moment when officers Ahmet Hasani and Esat Haxhiu won a good fortune.

The two cops were filmed stopping in the vicinity of Zabhar to count the money taken from the bribe. The IPK footage shows that policemen shared 7 euro banknotes, 2 euro bank notes 10 euro and later 35 euros and 1,000 dinars.

In other cases, the police wallet was in the police socks, while the money sharing had problems.

As described in the indictment on September 24, 2016, accused Ahmet Hasani and Sahit Hajdari had an interesting discussion, as the policeman was not finding them in his bags for the previous 10 euros.
