Decision in Shyhrete Berisha case goes to half of home

Shyhrete Berisha belongs to half the house. This is how Prizren's Foundation Court ruled the Suhareka branch, in its case, provided by KTV.

The two indictees -- the Arben of Xhelal Berisha -- have been given alternative opportunities that Shyhrete Berisha -- to pay the amount of 130 thousand euros, as much as the share of the house is estimated.

The account of the Prizren Foundation Court, the Suhareka branch, in addition to half of the house in which he lived, has confirmed that Berisha enjoys property rights on two other properties.

Shyhrete Berisha, the survivor of the massacre against the Berisha family, had indicted Arben and Xhelal Berisha in 2013 to recognise property rights in the house where he had lived until March 26th 1999. / COMMHA/
