Court ordered seizure of former Prime Minister Gruevski's passport

A court in Macedonia has ordered the seizure of former Prime Minister Nikola Gruevski's passport and four other officials of his conservative party, W MRO- The DPMNE, including two former ministers of his government, over the major wiretapping scandal. In this scandal, nearly 20,000 people have illegally been bugged by telephone conversations.
Gruevski has dropped the charges and blamed the foreign spies.
Scandal has caused political crisis and elections in December of last year, with which the 10-year rule of party W concluded MRO- Gruevski DPMNE.
More than 100 people have been charged so far under surveillance investigations.
