One of America's most wanted drug leaders, known as the “cocaine king”, has been arrested after 30 years of police departure.
Luis Carlos da Rocha, who had the nickname “White Coca” has been on the run for 30 years, is believed to have done plastic facial surgery, to hide his identity, the AFP reports.
