Look out! Here's what you need to do right away if you burn in the sun.

Almost everyone has experienced sunburn when we went to the beach, at least once in life. You may have wanted to dive very quickly into a cold - iced bath, but in fact, the first thing (and most help) you should do [...]
What you need: A clean stove, a small bowl, a little ice cubes, and a bottle of lean milk.
What do you do: Pour out the ice and milk in a bowl, and boil the stove inside. Brush the stove and apply it to places where the skin is burnt. Why does it work: Proteins in milk wear the skin (as opposed to water that evaporates from simple oils) and help repair damaged skin. Screme milk is better because it has a high protein supply after fat has been removed, according to Dr. Joshua Zeichner, dermatologist and Cosmetic and Clinical Research Director at Mount Sinai Hospital.
