Carl Bildt, a Swedish diplomat, has declared that expanding the European Union (BE) is inevitable, while the only path of progress among Western Balkan countries is to speed up Eurointegration.
His statement was made during a visit to the Council for Regional Co-operation (KBR) in Montenegro. To get to European integration, Bildt says strong economic reforms are needed, while regional co-operation is an indispensable tool for promoting the entire region.
