American Embassy: Albanians engaged to Americans, 90 days deadline for marriage

The American Embassy in Tirana has provided instructions today for engaged Albanians in the US, what is the procedure for them to link their marriage and determine their residence permit there.

We want to give you some quick advice on engagement visas, the embassy writes. Did you know that you must have met the fiancé or the American citizen before he or she handed in a petition for you? Also, if your visa is approved, you must marry within 90 days of arrival in the United States.
