At midday, rescue teams have given assistance to about 200 people in serious condition”, the Sofia emergency service spokeswoman Katia Sungarska stressed, AFP reports.
The latter warned residents not to leave their homes during the day and to call emergency services only on very serious occasions to keep the ambulances for most needed cases.
