Renato Omer is taught to be the name of the victim from the assassination Sunday evening in the city of Vlora.
As Top Channel reports, the circumstances of the event are still unknown, but numerous police forces have arrived at the scene, which have also begun investigative work to reveal the causes of the 36-year-old execution and the discovery of author identity.
