Secretary - General NATO, Jens Stoltenberg said that without the fulfillment of certain conditions, or the consent of representatives of ethnic minorities in Kosovo, there will be no transformation of the Kosovo Security Force into the military.
Stoltenberg has told Serbian Blic that it is important that the return of KSF into the military be carried out in accordance with all rules and constitutions, the Kosovo Clan broadcasts.
Asked whether such a thing would be rejected, he said they are focused and in close consultation and contact with Kosovo at this point.
” I have expressed my concern over the latest initiatives for creating the Kosovo Army without meeting the necessary conditions, in fact, without the consent of representatives of ethnic minorities in Kosovo. Army formation must go through the parliamentary process and must be in accordance with the Constitution “, Stoltenberg said.
