A land bear in the village of Buroja of Skyright, the birthplace of current Kosovo President Hashim Thaci, in the 33th wave of liquidation, has been sold for only 4.4 euros. This is the lowest land price ever sold since the founding of the Kosovo Privatisation Agency (AKP) so far.
AKP's announcement reportedly that during the opening of land bids in Buroja has been only one bidder, he “MlT008”, which for the property in question has offered only 200 euros.
AKP websites say that the land, which has been sold for 200 euros, is located in the village of Brije, in the northwest part of the village, the municipality of Skyright.
