If you are anxious or stressed out before an important event, falling asleep and sleeping can be a serious problem.
Try this to calm your nerves and get some more rest. This technique is called “metoda 4-7-8” This is what you have to do:
1. Breathe quietly with your nose for four seconds.
2. Hold your breath for seven seconds.
3. Breathe slowly out of your mouth for eight seconds.
It's very simple and it may sound strange, but it really works.
If you wake up late at night because of some concern, this may help.
For a better effect, you can also use this “sleep delivery”:
To relax your mind and body before sleep, mix together:
4 tablespoons of honey
1/8 tablespoon sea salt
1 tablespoon coconut
You can only eat this like a mixture or add it to a glass of hot water.
