This, according to a new study published in the British Journal Ophthalmology, forwards the Klan Kosova.
The risk of developing glaucoma - one that currently causes the most blindness worldwide and affects 58 million people can be reduced by daily tea consumption.
This disease is caused by the in - sight fluid that then pressures the optic nerve and causes blindness.
Earlier studies have shown that caffeine also reduces risk, but it turns out to have no effect and that tea is better.
