The initiative of three former KLA senior leaders, Hashim Thaci, Kadri Veselin and Ramush Haradinaj, currently chairman of the country's three main institutions, to prosecute the abolition of the Law for the Special Court has failed in the two efforts of the Parliament's Headship in the absence of quorum.
Against this initiative, American, German, British and European ambassadors have openly emerged. According to the latter, the state of Kosovo is jeopardising the future because of its leaders' personal interests.
Despite the 82 MPs having voted for the establishment of the Special Court, during yesterday's 43 deputies of the Kosovo Assembly had collected signatures to request extraordinary sessions to abolish the Special Law.
Just as he pressured MPs to vote on the Special Bill, The PDK again became initiated yesterday to oppose it.
