New York Governor Andrew Kuomo, said the suspect in the attack in the city has found instructions on the internet to build the bomb.
At a conference on journalists not far from the Kuomo attack site, he described that the bomb was built in the amateur “level”.
As the Commission for Taxis reveals, assailant Akajed Ulah has been equipped with taxi permits since 2012.
The attacker has no criminal record in Bangladesh and the last time he visited his country in September of this year, Bangladesh police say.
Ulah detonated the bomb on his body on a subway in New York City, and on that occasion he injured three people and himself, while the incident occurred yesterday morning at local time at a station near the Times Square.
