The official name is blephirospassam, or myomycardia, which is the forced movement of the eyelid with uncontrolled muscle contractions and is the result of nervous irritation on the cover.
This feeling is quite unpleasant, and most often it is caused by stress and fatigue or exposure to wind and cold.
However, if the symptoms persist in more than a month and you feel that it is more common, it may be a sign that it is good to visit a doctor.
