Serbia complains at Interpol, urges Ramush Haradinaj to re-enter the list

“In order to check the international list of fugitives in Lyon (at Interpol headquarters) has approved UNMIK's complaint, and December 1, 2017 decided that Interpol would no longer address these Serbian arrest orders”, the Serbian Interior Ministry said in a statement, broadcast Indexline.
MUP has announced it has filed a complaint against Interpol's decision that for Haradinaj's removal of the list and 17 other people Serbia has accused of war crimes.
The MPB also said it would submit an official complaint for review at the Ministry of Justice and the War Crimes Prosecutor to jointly appeal Interpol's decision.
Also reportedly authorities at the MPB are already considering the details of this decision.
Serbia's Justice Ministry did not receive an announcement from Interpol for removing the order issued by the Serbian court for Haradinaj, Beta said earlier today, quoting the communiqué.
