Proteins are nutrients found in food products of animal origin, bears, and legumes.
Your ability to look, listen, think and move requires continued functioning brain cells and quality communication between them.
Text transmission allows neurotransmitters, which are made up of proteins.
Your body uses proteins to build new cells, keep healthy tissues and perform basic body functions.
The human body is full of protein:
• Proteins are present in the internal and outer membrane of each cell in the body.
• Hair, nails, and outer skin are made up of caratin proteins.
• The muscle tissue contains myosin, acting, and mioglobin.
• Bones contain proteins, as do bone marrow.
• Red blood cells contain hemoglobin, which allows oxygen circulation.
• Plasma contains fat and protein particles, known as lipoprotein.
To give the body enough protein, more attention is needed to select food.
Every day, you must consume about three ounces [90 g] of protein, and that one ounce [30 g] for each main fruit.
