Hakki Rugova has also won a mandate as chairman of the Istog municipality, which has won by only 14 more votes -- against the AAK's counterCandidat, Gani Dresaj.
Rugova has received 10 grand and 33 votes, while Dressaj has 10 thousand and 19.
