And in all of this Procuring Organization, also known as the Tender Court, has observed legal violations, respectively, of some provisions of the Law for public procurement. As a result, the OSHP has cancelled the contract delivery announcement and has turned the process into re-evaluation.
The KSF ministry had chosen the winning range of targetry “Katana”, which had offered the prize at more than 2,3211,000 euros, eliminating the next economic operator, “Lent & Fiocchi Munizion. P.A”, which had offered at the price of 1,899.000 euros. Moreover, the award of the bidder which the Ministry has selected was 99,000 euros higher than the projected value of the contract, which was 2,222,000 euros.
