The number two of Kosovo Liberation Army Veterans' Organisation Migen Shala, simultaneously a member of the Democratic Party of Kosovo, has made two calls through “interactive” on KTV.
MPs have invited them to dislodge the Special, and as he has said, do not leave history with this mistake. And the accused, by the Special Court in The Hague, has invited them not to respond.
“Call on all accused not to co-operate with Special Court”, Shala has said.
We stand against this Special Court.
“We are for the establishment of Special Court by local institutions”, he has said.
Shala has indicated that more than 15 thousand and 800 signatures have been collected from the associations.
We've prosecuted the Secretary of the Parliament and expect that there will be an adequate response from MPs after the holiday season. We think it was wrong for those who voted on it, and we expect to improve that mistake. We can't leave the history of the new generations this error”, Shala said.
He has said that there may be instability in the country if the Special Court is not broken by MPs in the Assembly.
I regret to say there could be destabilisation. We're about not to. We're for local courts. But that all depends on Kosovo MPs. I hope they have consciousness and not come to that state of”, he said further.
Shala has denied having political delays to take the initiative to collect signatures, even though top heads of state have recently come up against the Special Court.
We have not been influenced by anyone, we have been influenced by the voice of fighters”, he said.
Shala has said that to the idea came when she saw the failures and scandals in EULEX courts.
Shala has also commented on Delawies' statement and other members of Kosovo's diplomatic choir friends, who have said Kosovo can be isolated if it adopts the Special Resolution Law.
We don't think so. Kosovo is only isolated, the army is not being put on hold, visa liberalisation is not coming. So we're closed”, he said.
