Despite the Haradinaj Government's numerous promotions for reaching an agreement with residents of the two villages of Obilic, Hada and Shipipula, on the issue of expropriating coal-rich property, the situation in KEK continues to be the same as 15 months ago, Koha Ditore writes today.
This, as residents of these villages continue not to sign contracts with KEK for expropriation.
