In civil society, they do not expect new provisions to be implemented. The bill stipulates disciplinary violations, procedures for launching investigations into allegations of such violations, disciplinary procedures near the Judiciary Council and the Prosecutorial Council, disciplinary sanctions and legal means related to disciplinary violations near the Supreme Court.
Based on this document, the judge and the prosecutor commit disciplinary violations if convicted of a serious criminal offence, whether they deliberately violate the law under the exercise of their duties, or if they severely violate official duties as judges, the prosecutor, respectively.
