Researchers on this study have examined the mental and physical health levels of a group of Italians between the ages of 90 and 101 years, and have discovered that they had many common psychological treatments.
The study, published in ʹInternational Psycheriatrics], has shown that members had reported themselves to be extremely positive in life, while researchers said that most participants have had types of stubborn personality, which, according to experts, is profitable for psychology because people feel less about what others say.
Another thing that had been shared by these study elders had been a passion for rural life.
Our research shows that good mental health is related to passion for rural life, with positiveists, work ethics, stubborn and strong ties to family, religion and land”, the leaders of this study have shown.
