After the house arrest measure was lifted, here's what Milaim Zeka's lawyer now expects.

After Milaim Zeka was lifted from house arrest, his lawyer expects the MP's release of the prosecution.

The release of Milaim Zeka from domestic arrest and the appointment of a police presentation move for deputy of the Initiative, his lawyer, Gazmend Halilaj, has added confidence that Zeka will cease criminal proceedings.

“Time and facts are proving that organ actions in procedures have been completely urgent and unreasonable, so I strongly believe that against my defendants the prosecution will issue a ruling with which to cease criminal procedure”, attorney Gazmend Halilaj told KALLXO.com.

He indicated that Zeka remained in house arrest for two months.

“Masa, in which [Milaim Zeka] has been staying for 60 days, has been the second step in its severity that the court can pronounce indictees for his security in criminal procedure”, Halilaj said.

The lawyer found that for the removal of domestic arrest “the judge is based on the claims of protection and the actual circumstances the court has in the paper”.

On October 16th, Zeka was given a police ban under suspicion of fraud and evasion.
