The head of the LDK Parliamentary Group, Avdullah Hoti, has called the budget for 2017 degraded, which according to him returns the situation before 2015, where according to Hoti has had a poor budget schedule.
Hoti has indicated that this budget is guided with provincial political opinions, compared to past governance, where, according to him over the past three years, there has been improved budgetary structure, capital investments and clear savings programme.
This budget does not stem from and has nothing to do with the government programme 2017-2021. We have heard in the campaign for economic growth of 8%, on page 4 of the governing programme growth is projected to 7 per cent, while in the budget economic growth is projected 4.6 % in 2018, 4.9 % in 2019 and 5.3% 2020, when will it be achieved at 7 per cent?”, Hoti said.
Hoti said Kosovo taxpayers should know that only employing 70 deputy ministers will cost around 3.5m euros.
