So says a new study carried out at Washington University, while it turns out that only one egg per day per six months significantly increases the levels of young nutrients that are involved in brain health, Kosovo broadcasts.

Further research says that both milk and seeds and eggs are designed to support early growth and the development of an organism and therefore are dense in the content of nutrients.
