A survey of 7,000 people found that it saw a 30% drop in risk from touching it if they drank more than 900ml coffee a day.
This amount, which breaks down in six small cups of coffee, may look a lot, but it's equal to two large coffees from Starlings or other coffees.
MS is the most common neurological condition, which affects 50 people in Britain every week, usually people of 20s and 30s.
The condition, which affects women most, causes loss of mobility, vision problems, fatigue and inexplicable pain.
Experts are not sure why coffee is protective of this disease, but they suspect caffeine is responsible for fighting it.
Caffeine has long been known for its neuroscientity properties.
