The agreement on demarcation with Montenegro will not be prosecuted at the Assembly session without the MPs' necessary votes secured. The largest party in the ruling coalition (PDK) confirms that if there is no consensus, then there will be postponement of the Demarket session.
Although the Kosovo government has forwarded the Demarketing Agreement to the Parliament with Montenegro it is still not known when precisely this agreement will be processed.
Members of the Parliament's Headship have said there is no precise date when the Demarket Agreement will come to the polls. In fact, they have made it known that the “demarcation section” could be postponed unless a political consensus is found among parties for its current version. While the LDK and PDK have been declared several times that they will vote on the current version of demarcation, the AAK, the LVV Initiative, have claimed otherwise that they will not vote on the current version.
However, connoisseurs of political issues consider that the delay being made to this agreement to go to the Parliament is precisely about mobilising MPs, responsible for securing votes to pass the deal in question.
