Will Demarketing be voted this year?

The Demarketing Agreement with Montenegro is not expected to go to the polls before MPs this year, as well as why the government has already launched this deal to the Parliament. With 10 more days left until the end of 2017, the likelihood is minimal for the demarcation to be processed in the Assembly.
So they consider connoisseurs of political issues, who say without finding a consensus among parties (to vote), this agreement will not go before MPs.
The same has been stated by members of the Parliament's Headship (from the PDK), who have said that if such an agreement is not reached, then there is no need for the demarcation to come out at all.
In this case they have said that developments about the demarcation could be in the post-New Year (2018), writes away “Zer”.
This agreement has not yet been reviewed by the Commission for Foreign Affairs, rather, it is expected to happen late this month (December 26th).
On the other hand, while opposition representatives (from LDK) say that this agreement has been politicised, those of the movement "Determination" reiterate that they will not accept the current version.
And despite Prime Minister Ramush Haradinaj continuing to insist that the current version is wrong, Montenegro calling for its ratification has reiterated yesterday that this issue has already been closed.
