Once Serb leader in the north is being charged with war crimes against Albanian citizens during 1999.
Shahbase Cernobregu, who had to bring police to the courtroom, has witnessed the circumstances of May 14, 99, when her son Erduan Cernobreg was killed.
She confessed that at the end of the entrance, a uniform policeman had separated him from the boy who had been lying on the ground.
The Witness has explained that later among the police, Oliver Ivanov was identified by the police.
I told this guy who's here with me”, the witness confessed, Calco.com reports.
She explained that Ivanovic had told her nothing, but only left.
The Witness has clarified other circumstances, including the time when her son's body was discovered in the tomb of Suhodol.
The next witness in this process is expected to testify at the next session.
Oliver Ivanov had been sentenced to 9 years in prison for the crimes charged, but in February of this year the Court of Appeals was the one who turned the case into a retrial.
