The main focus is on Pristina and Prizren, where the conditional votes will determine future mayors. In Pristina, there are 1,824 on condition of 97 by mail, while in Prizren 1,637 conditional and 45 by mail.
In the race for the capital, Vetevendosje's Shpend Ahmeti is in the lead with 237 votes to the Arban Abrashi counterCandidat (LDK). According to preliminary results, Ahmeti has won 41 thousand 401 votes (50.14), while Arba Abashi has 41 thousand 164 (49.86). CEC officials have warned that the number of last votes will take place in the presence of media and observers.
