Publicist Veton Surroi in a text published in the Time Group has made a list of 10 things that will not happen in the next year, 2018.
At 7th point, until talking about normalising relations with Serbia [which, according to him, will not happen] he has said Hashim Thaci, with his signature, has granted Serbia's right, for the first time after 1968, to co-manage Kosovo.
He has said that Serbia has made two strategic efforts in Kosovo through the Serb List and also through the Brussels Agreement.
Other points include: 1) There will be no municipal elections; 2) there will be no political stability [and there may be central-level elections; 3) there won't be enough jobs; 4) there will be no visa liberalisation; 5) Kosovo will not be a country for EU membership; 6) there will be no FAK, or Kosovo Army; 7) there will be no normal relations with Serbia; 8) there will be no more positive in the public sphere; 9) Kosovo will have no better name or image; 10) 2017 won't repeat it.
