Kavaja's prosecution has ordered the arrest of 11 army officials in Hippoteca and Cavaja ALUIZNi on the charge of alienating 36 hectares of land in the Spille area, which they have passed over to various citizens through forging documents.
The city's Hippotheque leaders, together with several other officials, have changed the cadastral voice of a large earth space from “to “Landland field”.
