The Ministry of Education, Science and Technology (MASHT) does not plan that, in addition to applying whole-day learning, the number of teachers, as the United Education, Science and Culture Union is demanding, (SBASHK).
For August, the number of currently employed teachers is sufficient, and in schools that meet the conditions from next year, application of whole-day learning can be accomplished without a problem, writes “Koha Ditore” today.
But the SBASK has pledged that it will require all teachers not to keep the whole day's lesson as planned August.
For the Union, the number of over 23,000 teachers employed in pre-university education is insufficient and requires employment of over 6 thousand other teachers.
Days earlier, the Ministry of Education, Science and Technology (MASHT) has presented the project for the construction of 142 new school facilities, 85 annexes and 218 sports halls across Kosovo to begin daily learning.
