Saudi Development Fund to Fund 5km of Pristina-Mitrovica Road

Infrastructure Minister Pal Lekaj met with representatives of the Saudi Arabia Development Fund, led by Abdullah Al-Shaiby, regional manager with whom he talked about the project, which is financed on the part of this fund, to expand the national N2 Pristina-Mitrovica road.

Minister Lekaj has thanked the Saudi side for the support so far, while voicing regret over the length of this project's implementation.

However, we promise that after the company's selection to implement this project, there will be no more obstacles and we promise we will have a close partnership of co-operation between us,” he said.

While Al-Shaiby has announced Minister Lekaj that the request for financing has been approved for even five kilometers of Pristina-Mitrovica National Road.
