This is said in one of the investigations performed by “GeMs” in collaboration with Roman University Three. According to this study, the reader's happiness index is 7,44, while for non-readers it falls to 7.21. And this is not over, readers seem to be more satisfied with the use of leisure, more optimistic, and less aggressive. In short, reading seems to be a real weapon for ridding stress and being more enthusiastic about life. Let's show you why who's reading is happier.
