The Vetevendosje movement during yesterday has handed over two complaints to the Supreme Court against recounting votes for Pristina and Prizren, for which complaints the court has decided in favour of LVV, related to this SPAP Secretary-in-law Mula Descu, has said PZAP will respect any decision.
Descu in a proposal for Kosova Prees has indicated he will obey any ruling the Supreme Court makes.
“The PZAP does not comment on the political statements of officials of any subject, political officials have the right to issue statements, proposals, statements, defamatory differences, but all should be institutional. We as an institution speak with decisions will say political statements with legal decisions and justice bodies or even state administration bodies are the ones that need to speak. We accept any decision that the Supreme Court makes and we must obey institutions”, he said.
He also said that for any disappointment political subjects have against PZAP must address legal ways.
The Supreme Court of Kosovo today has decided in favour of the Vetevendosje Movement's request that Pristina and Prizren not go back to recounting.
