Former Gjilan chairman from PDK ranks Qajajl Mustafa has commented on Lutfi Haziri's victory in Gjilan, saying he was helped to win the campaign and hyenas.
Although it does not clearly speak of who he is talking about, Mustafa says someone secretly lobbied Haziri to win Gjilan.
He writes on Facebook:
