The Basic Prosecutor in Pristina, the Department of Criminals, has announced through a media communique that it has completed the process of collecting all necessary information and facts concerning the claims of former Pristina University sector Enver Hasani for the state chief prosecutor Alexander Lumez's examination file.
Hasan claimed Lumez's jurisdiction exam is forged.
The investigation into this case, according to the media report, has brought a local prosecutor under constant monitoring of a EULEX prosecutor.
And after the outcome of these investigations, it has turned out that Lumez's jurisdiction exam is not forged.
After a detailed review of all the information and evidence collected, as well as statements provided by all official persons who in the early 1990s were responsible for managing the process of presentation and registration of the jurisdictional exam, as well as for issuing certificates for giving this exam, the Constitutional Prosecutor has concluded that Mr. Hasan is not real, because they are not based on facts and do not match the evidence collected”, the communique says.
