Kurti has refused to go to all sessions where he is accused of dropping tear gas, Kosovopress broadcasts.
Last time the court ordered him to act firmly, and so has MP Donika Kadai-Bujupi.
With Kurt and Kadai Buyup, MP Faton Topalli and Albulen Haxhiu are also charged
KTV reports that the only deputy Topalli is staying in the courtroom.
