The judges' group at the Supreme Court in charge of assessing the subject “Monstra” following the additional circumstances that emerged from the response has voted pro-resulting the case in the Constitutional Court. From safe sources it is learned that “pro” this decision has voted all five members of the group of judges. For the case item “Monstra” to be returned from the beginning weeks ago was warned by prosecutor Ljiljana Spasovska, who was leading the subject. Taking on the basis of defence complaints and at the same time crucifying the evidence with the circumstances, but further evidence provided by wiretaps, Spasovska asked weeks ago that a higher organ decide on the fate of this subject. For the five - fold murder at Smilkovca Lake in 2012, six persons were sentenced to life in prison on charges of terrorist activity.
