Loyal Pula shows that the auditing report, through which Abrashi criticises Shpend Ahmeti, gives him good appreciation

In a post on the social network Facebook, political analyst Besnik Pula quoted the 2016 Audition Report. As a reminder, it should be cited that LDK candidate for Pristina chairman Arba Abrashi had used the very auditing report to criticise Shpend Ahmeti's municipal government yet candidate for chairman of Pristina by Vetevendosje.

“International. Arba Abrashi quoted the 2016 Auditor's Report on a series of charges for “budgetary irregularities” in the Pristina municipality. I opened that document and here it says: “in the municipality notes an improved governance, especially in reporting a number of activities, as well as steps towards a transparency on developments and achievements towards providing services to citizens. Digital platforms for public participation, realisation of about 24 public debates in various municipality countries, drafting the plan for transparency, the integrity plan as part of general planning processes, and public reports by directors on jobs committed are other commitments towards an account and increased transparency towards the public. Furthermore, the municipality has done good work mainly in reducing operational spending (those of official travel, municipal spending and expenditures for other contracting services). Also, significant actions have been taken in building contracting relations with various donors for providing better citizens' services. The municipality has set up a good practice and has achieved that payments from external donors to a total of 347,497, related to payment for wages, goods and capital projects channel through LLVTH.” He writes.

Immediately, a page below the same report reads: “Compared to last year, there is a much more serious approach and higher commitment to addressing issues and recommendations released in the previous auditing report, where about 70% of them have been implemented or are under way.
