The important things I learned since I gave up alcohol and coffee

When I first read some advice on how to give up alcohol, I immediately thought of my best friend who would laugh so much...
And while I was reading, she'd open the wine bottle. But the moment came that I decided to try... came three months ago and since then, my daily is no longer the same. How it's changed and how it's improved, I'm putting it in a few lines, below...
1. I've never felt so relaxed and alert, first because I can sleep at least six hours at night. And to think I've had alcohol just because I thought it was asleep and it calmed me down!
2. Daily energy and, in general, my health has improved!
3. I have not considered myself an anxious person, but this new way of life makes me realize that coffee was the cause of my anxiety.
4. I'm more creative. If alcohol seems to encourage you to have new ideas, you are mistaken! You're just ruining yourself.
5. Besides, listening has improved. At this point, I asked myself, alcohol and coffee affect this?
